The FM Pipeline Team’s Wellhead program creates the critical link between Facilithon competitors’ high school K12 education, job-shadow, internships and employment.

Wellhead is a career exploration pathway Some high school students receive career exploration of one kind or another, yet not focused on a specific skill or trade as the wellhead is. Facilithon students already want this career, so the Wellhead helps them explore the FM role in various verticals through our online boot-camp and Career Snapshot(c) day-in-life

Wellhead is a Job-Shadow Engine Most haven’t because they’re afraid of creating a new regime for an unknown outcome. The FM Pipeline team decided to create the working parts of such a program, that you can attach the Wellhead to your company’s framework.  Each industry is different and this method provides both the initiative and a method where one didn’t exist before to attract and hire top talent just as they’re ready to advance to entry-level employment.

Training for young adults prior to enrollment or employment – The Wellhead includes a boot-camp accelerated training experience, combined with career snapshots and job-shadowing that gets them immersed prior to enrolling in a post-secondary program, an entry-level career experience or both.
