We could use some real help here.

Let's think about technical schools. These can be high schools with strong technical programs, community colleges, trade schools or universities with built-environment education, including construction. trades, business management, design, project management, health & safety, engineering, Etc. List a few that come to mind.

Any worthy initiative needs a champion. A champion is like a Jet engine for ideas, who helps it lift off and gain momentum. Can you list three people in your chapter who are ON FIRE that might become that champion?

The new Wellhead program places Facilithon students into job-shadow, Internship and Direct-Hire programs for employers. Would your employer or chapter providers you know be interested in participating in the Wellhead program ?

We need job-shadow employers for our students. How easy would it be for you or your constituent employers to offer a 1-day job-shadow experience to Facilithon students?
